TERMS & CONDITIONS: By enrolling in The Inner Circle ("Experience", "Membership", "Program", "Club"), you (“Member,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

COMMITMENT & PAYMENT TERMS: 12-Month Minimum Commitment
Enrollment in The Inner Circle is a 12-month minimum membership. You are contractually responsible for completing all payments for the full term, regardless of participation level or usage. Applicable taxes may be charged depending on your location and local regulations.

CANCELLATION POLICY (POST-COMMITMENT): After completing your initial 12-month minimum commitment, you may cancel your membership at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to hello@michellerussell.ca.
Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date to avoid the upcoming charge. Requests received on or after the billing date—including the same calendar day a payment is processed—will not prevent that charge, and no refunds will be issued.
Once a payment has been processed, it is final and non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing, participation, or usage.

PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY: You agree to keep a valid payment method on file and authorize automatic billing. You are solely responsible for ensuring your payment method is current and that funds are available.

LATE PAYMENTS & DEFAULTS: If a payment is more than 7 days late, a $25 late fee will be applied automatically. If your payment fails after 2 attempts, access to the membership will be suspended until your account is brought current. You are still contractually responsible for the remaining balance. Collection agency services may be leveraged for past due balances.

PROMOTIONAL & FOUNDING MEMBER PRICING: Any promotional, founding member, or legacy pricing is valid only while your membership remains active and in good standing. If you cancel your membership for any reason, all promotional or founding member rates are permanently forfeited. If you later choose to re-enroll, you will be required to join at the current public rate in effect at that time.

NO REFUND POLICY: All purchases are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.
This includes (but is not limited to): dissatisfaction with the content, failure to use the materials, or changes in your personal or business circumstances.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONFIDENTIALITY: All materials, content, processes, templates, tools, and training inside The Inner Circle are intellectual property owned by Michelle Russell. You are granted access for personal business use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or repurposing of any materials for resale or teaching purposes is strictly prohibited and grounds for legal action. You also agree not to share, leak, or duplicate content within the community to anyone outside the membership, including other programs, communication groups, or forums.

READINGS & EVENTS: By agreeing to receive or attend any psychic reading, a psychic service, message, information and/or reading or support of any kind (the “Services”) from Michelle Russell Media Inc. and/or Michelle Russell (“Russell”), it is understood that The Services provided are for entertainment purposes only. The Services provided, whether given in a message, reading, class, workshop, event, or any other form, do not constitute legal, psychological, medical, business, or financial advice and represent another avenue of wisdom, motivation and or inspiration and are not intended to be a substitute for professional care and or advice. Russell does not claim to diagnose, prescribe treatment for, or cure any health condition. The Services are subject to the recipient’s interpretation. Choices, and/or actions based on the Services, or the content thereof are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Russell makes no guarantees, express or implied, with respect to the accuracy, relevancy, or quality of the Services provided. Russell does not assume, and you hereby release and discharge Russell from any and all liability to any person or entity for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, physical, mental, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential) caused in relation to any information and/or any suggestion, or advice provided, readings, products, or Services whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.

NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY: You agree, except for private readings, that by attending events, either in person or online, these are public events and that your appearance and actions at the event are public in nature and that you have no reasonable expectation of privacy.

MEDIA RELEASE: Once you enter an event either in person or online, you understand and agree that Russell, Michelle Russell Media Inc, and event partners may film, photograph, record, or capture footage of you in any media format, in an event recording. By entering the event premises for an event, you give your consent to be photographed, filmed and/or recorded as a part of the event recordings. If you do not wish to be included in the event recordings, please refrain from attending the event.
By attending, you grant Russell, Michelle Russell Media Inc. and its event partners, permission to distribute, transmit, publish, edit, copy, whole or in part your image, likeness, voice, actions, statements, expressions, appearances and sounds (referred to collectively as your “personal attributes”) as a part of the event recordings. This includes the right to use and grant others the permission to use the event recordings and your personal attributes for any commercial purpose related to the services provided by Russell, Michelle Russell Media Inc, its event partners. This usage may also include advertising, promotion, social media, marketing, activities, and other productions related to Russell and Michelle Russell Media Inc. and may be modified or edited. You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any compensation, royalties, or payment other than the opportunity to attend and participate in the event. You further agree not to make any claims against Russell and Michelle Russell Media Inc. for any reason.

NO RECORDINGS BY YOU: Your use of cell phones, cameras, recording devices of any kind are not permitted at any event, session or reading. Recording, filming, publishing, or reproducing any event by you (whether online, in print, digital or tangible media or in person) is strictly prohibited. All rights to any recordings are the exclusive property of Michelle Russell Media Inc.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES: You agree to uphold a respectful, non-disruptive presence in all community spaces. This includes any online threads, live calls, and comment sections. Harassment, solicitation, or any behavior deemed harmful or inappropriate by our team will result in removal from the community—without a refund and with payment obligations remaining in full effect.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL
We reserve the right of refusal and the right to remove any participant, at our sole discretion, whose behavior is deemed disruptive, harmful, unsafe, or misaligned with the intended purpose of the community. Removal does not constitute cancellation of this agreement. No refunds will be issued, and all payment obligations remain in full effect.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual effort, experience, and external factors. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your business decisions, earnings, and results, and you will not hold Michelle Russell, The Inner Circle, or its affiliates liable for any actions or outcomes.

LEGAL & BINDING AGREEMENT: This Agreement is binding upon purchase and enforceable under Canada law. You agree that your enrollment serves as a digital signature confirming acceptance of these terms.
